A List Of Grievances

Dear Spotify,

I have some grievances that I'd like to bring to your attention.  I've been very disappointed in your performance lately and here's why:

- I am currently traveling the world, every time I go to a new country you make me manually log into my account and change my country of residence, this makes for an extremely clumsy interface, is your platform only for non-travelers? Why are you doing this? 

- When I changed countries I was also simultaneously booted off of my family plan and can't figure out why.

- I have submitted several requests to be given access to my spotify page as an artist, you haven't gotten back to me, why not?  

- I used to love you Spotify but lately things have gotten weird between us, I feel like I might have to switch to Apple music though it pains me to say, it pains me more to stay with you as your platform gets more and more...well lame.
