A direct customer service for the cliente.

A direct customer service for the cliente.

You should have a space o contact where the customer can share their nonconformities or issues with the service because there is none, i have an issue where i don´t have the service nor my money back and i have no one from spotify helping me.
I bought a gift card for 6 months of premium and it had a manufacturing defect and i dind´t work. Now i do not have the premium service nor my money back.
My gmail is ---
Please help me with this, i am really dissatisfied with this service.

That being said, since you mentioned you have issues while trying to redeem a gift card, we’d suggest you get in touch with our Customer Support team, who are always keen to help you with anything you might need. You can find how to contact them here.
