Ability to reach Spotify Support

I have 4000 songs which are not always within my range.  I want to find out how to be able to listen to them.  All I get is links that do no good.  How do I reach Spotify Support?  IS THERE A SPOTIFY SUPPORT?

Unfortunately the availability of songs is not in the Spotify hands, but depends by the artists or their labels, so the best here is to contact directly them and ask when they will release the songs in your country.

Sometimes songs are only available in certain countries, while access is blocked for others.
