About Premium Shuffle

Hello, I have a problem with my premium shuffle. Usually after I buy premium, the contents of my shuffle are songs that I usually hear or at least popular ones from artists that I often listen to, but lately the contents of my premium shuffle are songs from artists that I rarely or have never heard of. The contents of my shuffle now are like the contents of the shuffle when I didn't buy premium in this application, is there any way to fix this?

If the Shuffle function is adding tracks to your playback from outside your playlist, it's possible that you may have the Smart Shuffle activated. So first, we'd recommend making sure your playback is in Shuffle instead of Smart Shuffle by checking out the info here.

However, if you think someone else might be using your account without your permission, we'd recommend following the process mentioned in this article. We'd also recommend protecting your account by using the tips mentioned here.

Thank you for replying my post.

In this case, i never turned on my Smart Shuffle, i always turned on only Shuffle, also if we already bought premium, i think the Smart Shuffle feature automatically disabled or disappeared?. I think the problem here is my Recommendation, it keeps playing random song from random artists that i rarely listen to or maybe i didn’t even listen before.
