My Question or Issue

My wife and I both have our own Spotify Premium account and want to use this with our Yamaha R-N301 stereo. Since recently my wife's Spotify account doesn't show our stereo as an available device. Whenever I login with my account on her phone the stereo does show up. It seems the problem is within her account? I have removed all of her offline devices from her Spotify account as mentioned on the internet but that didn't help.

 

She is connected to our wifi and other devices does show up except this stereo. Whenever I use her account on my phone the stereo also disappears.

 

Anyone has a suggestion?

Hey @DanTheMan-NL, help's here.

 

We suggest that you do the following:

  1. Log out of both your and your wife's account.
  2. Unplug the speaker and plug it back in.
  3. Log in with your wife's account and check if the speaker shows up.

If not, we suggest that you reinstall the app and try again with your wife's account.
