Add an option to be able to disable/enable Shuffle when in Search -> Songs

Add an option to be able to disable/enable Shuffle when in Search -> Songs

For example; when you play a song after searching a song and then clicking songs, and then click the next song icon the shuffle icon gets grey out and you can no longer interact with it.
As of now you cannot disable shuffle when doing this.

It would be nice to be able to deactivate shuffle when this happens.
This happens on PC. I don't know if it's the same on smart devices.

Hey @xddFaker,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the ideas section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

In this case, we'd like to add some insights. The behavior you mentioned is expected when Autoplay is enabled on your desktop app settings. When you reach the end of an album, playlist, or selection of songs, Spotify automatically plays similar songs so the music never stops.

Now, when you search for a song and the Autoplay is on, if you select the next button, the app will automatically create a queue full of recommendations, almost like a radio for that song you searched (you can check the queue to see it). Since all the songs on queue are recommendations, randomized by the system, it’s expected not to be able to interact with the shuffle feature or the repeat button.

Hope this clears things up. If you have any questions or need anything else, the Community is here for you.
