My Question or Issue

I've always used my spotify account with google home assistant but it's not working anymore for one week or more. I already removed the account from the google home, reinicitaed the device but the issue remains.

I noticed a huge fall on the spotify's service quality in the last month: issue with google home assistant (not connection at all); songs stop playing right on the beggining on my s9 mobile, songs stop all the time using the google chrome browser (and it's not the quality of the network because you tube free works very fine)!!!!

Very angry with Spotify and a simple feedback message seems impossible! Checking out Google music to switch righ now!!!!
