Ads Studio Reporting Not Counting Daily Listeners for Music Promotion Campaigns

My Question or Issue

In the "View Report" section of an Ad Set, the "New Listeners" count doesn't add up. On the graph section, if you hover over each date, you can see how many new listeners there were each day. The number shown for the total of "New Listeners" is significantly less than the addition of each day's new listeners. 

This has happened in every campaign. Attached below, you can see an example. It shows there are only 9 new listeners. However, if I manually count each day's "New Listeners" on the graph, it totals to 43. Which number is accurate?
