I just want to find out, why my premium duo partner gets adverts while using spotify

Could you confirm if your partner is able to enjoy all other Premium features? Also, please provide a few more details on where and how they're getting adverts, and also provide the following:

• Device and operating system (e.g. MacBook Air, 10.10 OSX)
• Spotify app version
• Any screenshots/screen recordings that help explain or illustrate the issue
