Alexa doesn't play Spotify songs

All the configurations to Alexa plays spotify is ok, but It doesn't. I say "Alexa, play Irrepleaceble", and Alexa says "Irrepleaceble from Beyonce at Spotify" and them it goes mute. I talked to Amazon support and they said that the problem is in Spotify App. So, please, help me!

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

You can start removing the access you've granted Alexa in the Apps section on your Account page. Then, if you see Spotify on the Alexa app, you can unlink them following these steps.

You can use that last one link to sync Spotify with Alexa again. If that doesn't do the trick, try reinstalling both apps. You can find the steps to reinstall Spotify here. We also suggest that you check if the firmware of the speakers has any pending updates. 

If none of the above doesn't do the trick, just to confirm, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet red you're using?
