Altering Playlist Image, Title & Description Bug

Hi,

I changed my playlist's image, title and description. When I view the link of my playlist on the web, it's changed. My brother who is a Spotify user can see the changes.

However on the desktop app on my MacBook and on the mobile app on my iPhone, it remains the same.

Was wondering if there is a fix for this yet, or in the future will there be a fix for this bug?
