Always show R18 information on App, already turn off Explicit Content in setting. I will attached related screen image for your reference, please solve it as soon as possible.

Thank you for posting on the Community!

Whenever you toggle on the explicit filter, it will only apply to your music library. However, on the screenshot you shared with us we can see that the content is a podcast episode, in this case the explicit filter doesn't apply to podcast shows. 

At the moment it's not possible to manually remove podcast suggestions. However, we recommend having a look at this Idea suggesting a feature to manually customize your home screen, allowing you to remove those episodes.

Confirm already remove which one I feedback R18 podcast, but currently show another two R18 Podcast on the screen. Attached the screen  capture for your reference, please continue help clean R18 information on the screen, thanks.

We understand those unwanted suggestions keep showing on your account, even though it's not possible to manually remove them from your Home screen, they should disappear after some time. In the meantime, keep listening to your favorite content to keep receiving recommendations that better adapt to your taste and listening habits.
