Am i the only person who remembers the feature that let you add new songs based on other songs in pl

i remember a feature that i used quite a bit that would when you enabled it put songs in your playlist that you could then listen to and decide to add or not and it would keep doing this until you told it to stop. is this still a thing that has just been moved or has it been removed from spotify?

Hey there @sacul535,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat section to the help boards as its content fits better here.

Sounds like you're talking about the Enhance feature. What happened to it is that it has evolved into Smart Shuffle, a new play mode that keeps listening sessions fresh, providing personalized recommendations that perfectly match any playlist vibe. You can read more about it in this article

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here.

Cheers!

It was the enhance button, I think they removed it and replaced it with the smart shuffle which in my opinion is the worst thing spotify has ever done. The enhance button was so much better and if you liked the suggestion you could add it into the playlist and get three more similar suggestions, I loved it. Best of all it had its own button so you would eighter have it on or off. This smart shuffle thing being a part of the regular shuffle button is making everyone mad and there have been so many complaints but I don't think it's going anywhere because spotify management doesn't seem to care about user experience anymore.
