[Android] spotify starts on home stereo full volume autonomously

Spotify starts on home stereo full volume autonomously, has happened twice now. Only solution is to keep it on but one time (not one of the two times but immediately following the the second time) it bumped the volume to full while listening at a low level, not gradual but full! Going to blow a speaker soon!

Illuminations;

Pixel 3 was in the charger base for the two times, in my hand for the volume jump!

Spotify latest update was 5 days ago for second time, no clue on first.

Receiver is a Yamaha, RX A880, controlled by a Logitech remote in it's charging cradle.

Could be's:

Neighbor using a remote on same freq as to turn on Spotify on my Yamaha but when I do it with Logitech it is not at full volume, ever!

Update? But not from 5 days ago.
