Apple Watch Ultra and Spotify Compatibility

I'm having trouble knowing the Progress of downloads that are being made onto my Apple Watch Ultra.

I also wanted to know if it's possible to Stream Playlists and Download them onto the Watch using Wifi, but without a phone nearby.

Please note that the progress of your downloads is shown as Downloading 1 of X. If you don't see this message while downloading, please send a screenshot of how it looks on your end.

Regarding your question about streaming and downloading - you can stream via WiFi and mobile data without the phone, however the download can only be initiated from the app on your phone.
