[AppleTV] can not skip song or go back from Control Center

My Question or Issue

I’m on the latest Apple TV OS. I’ve noticed that I can skip song or go back to previous song when I’m playing Apple Music or podcast, however, I noticed that when I playing music by Spotify, it seems like I can’t do the same control through the control center. When it pressed the arrow button. It seems like it did nothing, what should I do?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for sharing those details! We also appreciate you sending the video.

Did you notice when this behavior first started? If you've not already tried this I recommend reinstalling the Spotify app on the TV and then restarting the device to test if it would make any difference. You can find more info here.

On another note, if there's no change it'd be great if you could ask a relative or a friend to log in to their account in the app on the TV and let us know how it goes.
