Apps say I am offline - cannot use Spotify

Apps say I am offline - cannot use Spotify

My app say I am offline and therefore I cannot use Spotify.  I am not offline.  I have reinstalled and nothing works.  Interesting note, my account says free and my app say premium.

Hey @cyndialton, help's here. 

 

Have you tried using other internet connections, such as mobile data and other WiFi's? Can you log in?

 

Make sure that you've disabled Offline Mode from your app's settings.  

 

Further, we suggest that you reinstall the app with the steps provided here.

 

Regarding your subscription status, it looks like you might have two different accounts. Make sure that you log out, and then back in with the correct username for your Premium account.
