When does my Audiobook "month" of free listening begin and end?

Your 15-hour allotment will reset at the beginning of each billing cycle for your account. To check this, go to your account page and select Audiobook Listening Time.

The way the audio book policy for premium reads, it sounds like your 15 hours of audio book time refreshes on the 1st of each month. Today is the 1st, but when I try to play the book I’ve been listening to, it says my time will refresh in 20 days. Why? Is there something I’m not doing/doing wrong?
