Audiobook won’t play. I haven’t used any hours this month.

Audiobook won’t play. I haven’t used any hours this month.

My online account states I haven’t used any hours this month for audiobook, but the app says I used all my hours. I am the account holder.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Just to check, do you notice any difference after clearing saved cache from the app? Make sure to log out from the app and back in again once it's done, as this will resync your account info.

Shouldn't that do the trick, could you check if you're able to listen to audiobooks on any other devices that you use Spotify on?

Also, keep in mind that the plan’s audiobook listening time expires on a monthly basis. At the start of your next billing period the hours of audiobook listening time included in your plan will be renewed, and any unused hours from the previous month are no longer available. Your next billing date can be checked from the account page here.
