I am a plan manager for a premium account. Renewal payment was taken yesterday but my audiobook hours allowance of 15 hours has not updated. I have tried uninstall and still encountering the same problem. Any suggestions?

Hey there @Miracaro

 

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

Your 15-hour allotment should reset at the beginning of each billing cycle for your account. To check this, go to your account page and select Audiobook Listening Time.

 

If it hasn't updated yet, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to you account twice in a row.

My Question or Issue

My free audiobook hours are due to start this evening. However I ve just had a look and the message has gone from due to start today to not due for 30 days. Please can you assign me my hours.

Same problem here

The month has just started, according to my premium plan on the web, my audiobook hours have 0hrs listened and 15hrs left. Yet when I open the app and try to play an audiobook it says 'Oops you are out of listening hours, top up?'
