My Question or Issue

As of a week or so everytime I use the Spotify Web Player and click on a Playlist I am directed to an error page that says, "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage."

I have tried everything I can think of to remedy this problem. I have opened the player in an incognito window. I have restart my computer. I have allowed plugins for spotify.com. I have cleared my cache/cookies. I don't know what else to do and I need to use Spotify for work but can't always use the app on my phone. 

Does anyone know what might be going on here or how to solve this problem?

First, could you try opening the web player in another browser? Let us know if that helps.

We'd also recommend trying the web player from another device (using your account still) to see if it works from there.

If none of these tips help out, can you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting?
