What you've described is quite peculiar. If you're referring to local files (MP3s and the like) that are on the SD card and are being transferred to internal storage, this should not be caused by Spotify as the app will only read such files and allow you to play them, never actually make changes to them or move them around. If this is what is happening to you, the cause is likely something else, such as a cache clearing or storage optimization app. 

If you're referring to songs you've downloaded for offline listening not being stored on the SD card, but on internal storage instead, then consider checking out and replying to one of our existing threads about such behaviour, such as here. There's already plenty of troubleshooting done, so check it out and if none of it helps, post any questions or info you have on the topic there.

I tried it again 
I bring my OWN music to Spotify, Spotify is set to SD card, then I look, the songs are in the folder "see photo", then I close Spotify, then Spotify is started and I look in explorer and see that the songs from the SD card have been transferred to the internal memory, see photo

Just to confirm, are the files moved to your internal storage or just copied over? Could you try moving them to another folder on your SD card to see if that does the trick?

Also, do the local files appear in playlists you have downloaded for offline use? If so, this might be causing them to appear in your phone's internal storage as well. Try removing the downloads + switching the location of your downloads to your SD card by following the steps here.
