My Question or Issue

BMW connected drive/Connected apps, 99% of the time, spotify fails to pull through onto the screen as shown in photo. 

BMW are claiming its a Spotify issue, to me as its the car removing the apps feature it is the software in the car not so much spotify? 

When will spotify engage with bmw to find a resolution or just give a clear statement it is not a spotify issue 

I can get it to work by logging out of connected app then back in, this works for one connection only then goes back to being unavailable.
