CHANGING SONG ORDER - HELP!!

I have a Premium Spotify account and for the life of me I CANNOT get the drag and drop to work for changing the song order in the playlists i have created. They are in the order that they were added and that's the only order they can be in. I have read other forums saying to click on the "Artist" or "song" at the top of the playlist to order them that way, but that isn't even an option for me - those words aren't "clickable". 

Please help! I need these playlists in a better order as I am using them for my wedding next weekend!

Hi @katewolsey23, give this a shot: make sure that nothing in the top row of your playlist titles ('Track, Artist, Album etc.) has been clicked. If you click on the top of the column, they will then order themselves in alphabetical order, or reverse alphabetical order. If you click on the top of the column until the little arrow has gone (should be twice), you'll be able to reorganise them again.
