Can not use gift code

I have gift code from Norstat Panel. I tired to use it but I get this note "Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service" I didn't use it for sure - what should I do?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Firstly, make sure that it's a code from the same country as your account. Gift cards/Promo codes can only be used in the same country they were purchased. Make sure to input the code correctly, watch for differences between O (the letter) and 0 (zero) and the like. If you still get an error, you can also try in an incognito window or with another browser/device. 

Note that if you make too many requests in a short time this can lead to the system automatically rejecting any further attempts, so you're still getting this error it's best you try again after 24 hrs.
