Can't Drag and Drop?

I have been having a problem recently where I can't drag and drop when on the Spotify application on my computer? I can't drag and drop a song into a playlist, I can't change the order of songs in a playlist, and I can't change the order of my playlists in the "Playlists" section either. Every time I try, I just see a gray little no symbol (circle with diagonal line through it) instead of my cursor. If I want to add a song/album, I have to manually do it using the three dots and clicking "add to playlist" which is completely annoying. Please help!

I also just recently uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Spotify, and still no fix.
