Can't delete Greyed out song

Hi all,

Hope you are all doing fine. I was wondering if you could help me out with this one, as I'm completely out of ideas what could possibly solve this. Somewhere in 2014 I've added a song to spotify, presumably from my own collection, that has been in my "Songs" list ever since. I no longer have the song on my computer, nor any other devices. And for all other devices (like webplayer, iphone and ps4) the song is not there. However for the desktop player, the song keeps on appearing! I can't play it, delete it or whatever. It just keeps stalking my songs list.

I've tried a plethorea of things with no luck. Might be because the account is tied to my facebook and this data is remaining somewhere? Even deleted the app from facebook to check this out but it keeps on displaying. Even formatting or switching to another desktop is of no avail.

Does anyone have an idea how we could remove this one from my list?
