Can't get my embedded player to work

Hello, I want to add the spotify player to our wordpress website. I have been trying to use this page https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/widgets/spotify-play-button/ but no matter what I do with the code, even when I can see it looks fine in the preview, when I place it on the site it says it can not be found. We want to have a player like this site does http://www.hurrayfortheriffraff.com/#about. Thanks for any feedback. I searched through the site but did not find any info that corrected the problem.
