Can't join duo

My father and I wanted to share a duo subscription, at first we paid from my account but since its his money I canceled the subscription and resubscribed from his account with the same card but now I can't join the duo from the invites. Please help

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Spotify Community!

If you've cancelled your subscription, you'll have to wait until your account reverts to the free version in order to join your father's Duo plan. You can check when this will happen on your account page and ask your father to invite you again afterwards.
