Can’t listen to podcast

I paid for a cafe insider subscription so I could access their podcast on Spotify but when I try to link my Spotify account with their website it says there was an error linking my Spotify account every time. I’ve already tried contacting cafe support to get the problem resolved but after some back and forth they told me it’s probably a Spotify problem.

You should have received a confirmation email with the subject line "Monthly subscription confirmation for [podcast name]" when you subscribed to the podcast. Could you open it and tap the Open on Spotify button to see if that does the trick?
