Can't log on to spotify on smart tv

I just got spotify premium a month ago on my mac and iphone, and we recently got a smart tv and for whatever reason I can't log on to my account on it.

I sign in through Facebook, and according to spotify it tells me I have some weird user name that isnt my Facebook name, and it gives me the option to "set my device password" but I can't reset my password because it doesn't know my e-mail. Apparently I can give my email on the Facebook account page, I did that, but it still says I have no e-mail to send the password to. 

I have no idea what to do at this point and would appreciate the help.
