Can’t unlock audiobooks

Can’t unlock audiobooks

Hi, I can’t seem to unlock any audiobooks. There is no option to pay for them and I’ve tried on the web as well as the app. I’m in Australia and on a Duo plan if that makes a difference.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community! 

 

Just to confirm, are you a Duo member or you're the plan's manager? Keep in mind that currently, only the plan manager has access to audiobook listening time from our audiobooks subscriber catalog. It’s not possible to share audiobook listening time with the plan member.


If you're the plan's manager, or your issue is different, could you send us a short screen recording of what happens when you try to purchase the audiobook? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it). Also, have you tried from a different device?
