Can't use Spotify in Nike+ Run

Can't use Spotify in Nike+ Run

Hi,

I have a problem with Nike + Run App on my iPhone 6s Plus.

I follow the instruction in this link https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/lifestyle_features/nike/ to connect my Spotify account with Nike+ Run, it shows "connected" in the App(as shown in picture 1), but when I tap Spotify to chose a pace station or a playlist, the Spotify page just blink out. It was so fast that I can't even do anything. And because it disappeared so fast, I tried more than 10 times to get a screen shot(which is picture 2)
I can see the Spotify page, but it just disappear in less than one second .

Does anyone have the same problem with me? I hope i explained myself clearly.

Hi, I followed the instructions in the link, it can't work.

Have you tried reloading spotify?

Hi, do you mean re-install ? I have tried sign out and sign in, and even re-install the APP, the problem is still there.

The problem might exist with the Nike + run app.  Try reinstallling the app.  I would also might want to power down your device for a few minutes and power it back on and see if the problem still exists.

I have the same problem so you have find out why it is not working!!

I have the same problem. I can't even find the option how to connect to Spotify, it only show Apple Music

I'm having the same issue. So, still no solution from Spotify/Nike+?

My solution was by changing my IPhone region to US region
