My Question or Issue

Hi! Can you please unban my IP? Can't login and listen to music using this IP and unfortunately I can't change it with my mobile operator. Spotify app says I'm offline when using this IP on mobile data, with a different IP (vpn) it's working fine, with wifi it's working fine. Don't want to change my mobile operator because of that, please unban. Cheers!

Hi! An update: 

Looks like the whole range is banned, today got a new dynamic IP from my mobile operator, still can't log in, still set to offline when not using VPN.

Firstly, be advised that we've redacted all the IP addresses and such from your posts and removed the attachments. All posts on the Community are public, so do not share any sensitive information here under any circumstances.

Regarding the issue itself, Spotify doesn't really block IP addresses in the fashion you have described, so the issue is most likely elsewhere in your setup. Also, VPNs are much more likely to cause issues with Spotify rather than fix them, so we strongly advise against using them with the app. Consider discussing this issue further with your network provider to find what the true root cause is. If necessary, resetting all network settings on your device may also fix this, but be advised that this will reset a lot of other settings too.
