Cannot load content on call her daddy podcast

Cannot load content on call her daddy podcast

Every time I try to listen to new episodes of call her daddy I get a notification saying cannot load content. This is super annoying as I like to listen along weekly. This started happening on the John Mayer episode and has been happening every week. This week I have been able to listen to the Adam Devine episode which was released 3 weeks ago. I still cannot listen to Rebel Wilson or Kelsea Ballerini episodes…

Hey @emilyypowerr ,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Could you share links to the episodes you're not able to load? It's also important to check if a different account in your vicinity can open the mentioned episodes. You can create a new account for testing purposes as well.

Keep us posted,

Cheers!

doesn't work for me either. none of the episodes.

Hi there @1235870827,

Thanks for the post.

Can you send us a link or URI to the episodes in question, so we can check out what is happening?

Some podcasters choose to upload their content on Spotify via other services which might cause some episodes to load slower or to be released on a later date on Spotify.

Cheers.

Yeah I always get this error too. It'll start to play and then all of the sudden stop and give me that error.... it's the most annoying thing ever

Hey @Kelelou,

Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.

Would you mind sending us the links to a couple of the episodes in which you noticed this behavior? You can do it by following the steps in this article

On another note, just to confirm, can you replicate this behavior across all the devices on which you have your Spotify account open? If you're not sure, it'd be awesome if you could check. Is this happening when using the Connect feature?

Lastly, is this just happening with this particular podcast, or does it happen no matter what podcast you choose to play?

Keep us in the loop!
