Cant watch video on the TV app

Its an app for your TV and you cant watch anything on it, only audio. 

Are you guys kidding me? TV app no video. Worthless for podcasts with video.

This issue is commonly caused by some damaged cache stored on your TV from previous versions of the app. Keep in mind that the app is not the same for every TV as they create their own version of the app to make it work with the TV launcher.

In this case, we'd first recommend deleting the app and downloading it again from your TV store to see if it makes any difference.

Lastly, include the make, model and OS version of your TV, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating this case.
