Certain playlists won't play on sonos

Certain playlists won't play on sonos

Plan: Premium

Country: UK

Devices: iPhone XS & iPad pro

Recently I have stopped being able to play certain playlists on my sonos system. The issue exists both when I try and access the spotify playlist via the sonos app and when I try and connect to sonos via the "devices available" option in the spotify app. Most of my playlists work fine and I can't see why some would be different. I have tried resetting my sonos system (and each speaker individually), resetting my wi-fi, reinstalling the apps but nothing seems to work. The issue exists on both my iPhone and iPad.

Same! We have a very large playlist (over 4,200 songs) we use at our place of business, and one day it suddenly stopped playing. When we try to play it, we get an error that says "Unable to Add to Queue".

I've tried scaling down the size of the playlist (it used to be over 4,600), updating Sonos and Spotify, rebooting all of our Sonos speakers, removing "unplayable" songs from the playlist, turning off the Hardware Acceleration in Spotify, reuthorizing our Spotify within Sonos, and nothing.

It will play other playlists just fine, but it won't play this one at all.

You’re not alone.  I’m having the exact same issue.  Can’t seem to sort it out.
