Do the artists that I chose "not to play" show up on blend for my friend?

So I chose "Don't play this artist" for some of my most listened to artists, and then I blended my music with a friend. I don't see any of these artists on our "blend" playlist, but I'm wondering whether my friend can see their songs?

Superuser Contribution Why is spotify skipping several songs, or stopping in the middle of songs?

Everytime I go to play music on spotify it always skips a few songs, then stops on like the 6th one in queue. And then after 10 seconds there will be no sound.
