Certain songs are available on another account but not on mine, on same pc, both are premium.

I am trying to listen to any song by Dead by April on my account and I just keep getting this notification "This song is not available. If you have it on your computer you can import it.". If my friend logs to his account on this same pc, he has no problem listening to Dead by April. This also happens on some other songs like https://open.spotify.com/track/6ubSC0LbiX0qZTe8uTz6JU . We both are premium users. I upgraded my account back to premium this week and before that, had reacher my limit of listening Dead by April. Atleast I think I had, cause I couldn't listen to that artist earlier this week before upgrading. Is this a bug or what? I am paying 10€ per month for this. I require assistance!
