Changed providers; Won't let me update to new RSS feed

This morning I updated the Apple Podcasts rss feed for our podcast from a Libsyn RSS feed to a bCast RSS feed. That went just fine.

Then I came over to Spotify to do the same. Unfortunately, when I click on my catalog, then my podast, then tell it I want to update the details of the RSS feed and provider, I enter the new RSS feed...

...and I get a message that says, "The link to the RSS feed is for a different podcast."

I don't want to lose the Spotify subscribers our podcast already has; does anyone know what I have to do in order to properly update to the new RSS feed?
