Como recuperar arquivos locais que estavam armazenados no Spotify do outro celular que eu tinha ?
Sendo que nesse celular novo não aparece mesmo eu habilitando os arquivos locais

Keep in mind there's a new Local Files experience. With this experience, there's no need to sync the files from one device to the other, as the files can be stored on phones. Just to clarify, currently, the Local Files feature lets you use the Spotify app to play any audio files stored on your device (e.g .mp3, .mp4, .m4a). So, with this function, you'll see all the audio files you have on your phone.

That being explained, are those files stored on your new device? If not, you'll need to add them to your new phone. Once you've added them, you'll need to double-check if the Local files feature is enabled on your mobile. From Settings> tap Local Files> Switch Show audio files from this device. You'll find your local files under your Library> Local files folder.

If the above doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there? If perhaps your new device is an iPhone, we'd suggest following the steps in this article to successfully import the files to your device.
