My Question or Issue

I have a premium account and have various devices around the house: 2 sonos play 5; an Echo etc.  They are all on the same wifi network and I want to play the same music on spotify through them so they act as a group.

Spotify won't let this happen.  They all belong to me and are only being used by me to play the same output simultaneously.

Why is this so difficult?

Hey @timbow, help's here.

In general, the rule is that you can only stream to one device from an account. There should however be options to listen to multiple devices with Sonos. We suggest that you check out both the Sonos app and the Alexa app and link your account

For help setting up and troubleshooting, check out the Sonos support site.

We hope that helps!
