Connected speaker disappeared

Hi everyone, I've been using smart speaker for more than 3 year but since the last update (on phone and pc) my speaker don't show under available device. It only works and appears miraculously went I start the song from it. Then I can select it. 

Before I could event lunch song when I was away. (Used it to wake up my roommate in the morning :D) really like some help! Thks

Thanks for getting in touch!

Could you try to reboot your router by unplugging it from the power for a few minutes? Preform a reinstallation of the app on your devices as well. You can read here how to do this. Of course make sure all your devices are connected to the same WiFi network.

If this didn't help, find out if you can factory reset/firmware update your speaker.
