Subject: Critical Issue with Spotify Mirroring (Cast) and Toyota Rav4

Dear Spotify Support,

I am writing to report a critical issue I am experiencing while using Spotify mirroring (casting) with my Toyota Rav4.

After initiating "Start a Jam" on my Toyota Rav4 (with the car software updated to the most recent version, 2023), I am unable to switch back to playing Spotify audio through my iPhone's speaker.

This behavior is highly inconvenient and unexpected. I believe this to be a critical bug that needs to be addressed urgently.

Can you elaborate a bit more on the exact behaviour on your phone? Namely the following:

• What happens when you try to resume playback?
• Is this combination of devices the only one that has this issue?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting so far? If so, what have you tried?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
