Custom concert recommendations for the wrong country

I am located in France. My Country/Region is set to France in settings. However, I receive Spotify custom concert recommendations in England, not in France. How can I correct this?

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community.

You should be able to change it to the country/city you want in the app by heading to Search > Concerts/Live events and then choosing your current location.

Hi - I am still experiencing this problem. I live in Denver and for some reason I'm getting only notifications for concerts in Charleston. I've double checked my location in settings and I also have ensured that when I click "Live Events" that it only shows for Denver.

Can someone help me?

Thanks for your reply here and for the info shared.

In this case, we'd like to check: do you use a VPN? If yes, try switching it off. If you noticed this behavior on a mobile device, we'd suggest activating the Location option on its settings to check if you noticed any difference.

If the above doesn't do the trick,we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sharing with us the make/model and OS of the device on which you noticed this behavior along with the Spotify version you're running there?

On another note, do you notice if this is happening on multiple devices? If not sure, would you mind double-checking a different device from the one you noticed this behavior? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello, I used to live in a city (in another country) where I created my Spotify account. I then moved to another country and changed the location parameters in the settings, but I keep receiving concert recommendations for the other country I used to live in.
