[Desktop][Playlists] Moving for the blind

Hello.

I am user of Spotify desktop app. I also use Spotify in My browser. I have one idea, but I have submitted It manytimes.

I know this, that this idea may be closed. Problem is, that there are not many users in Spotify community with visual impairment. I use Spotify with keyboard and screen reader on My computer. I have a problem to move playlists up or down, some It is with folders, or songs. There is a principe to drag and drop. One problem is this, that blind people don't use mouse. It'll be maybe easy to add in preferences something, like active blind mode to active buttons to move song, playlist or playlist folder up or down, or to the folder. Or, when this mode will be active, there will be items in context menu for songs in a playlist, playlists, or playlist folders to move this song up or down, or to move playlist to playlist folder ETC. It will be more easy for the blind. Most of things are in Spotify accessible, but this thing is not still accessible and I would like to have sorted My playlists, as I want. Chaos isn't very good.

I am very sorry to write this idea many times, but It is very desperated to me.
