[Desktop] Spotify wont play music if I have Fruity Loops open while using the ASIO4All driver

I'm using a Casio Privia Keyboard with Fruity Loops Studio to compose music and in order to reduce the delay from tapping a key to making a sound through Fruity Loops, I use the ASIO4All audio driver. The issue is that if I'm listening to music with Spotify and I have Fruity Loops open and if I have the ASIO4All driver as the active audio driver, Spotify gets the error message "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." If I switch the audio driver in Fruity Loops to the default driver, or any other driver for that matter, then Spotify will play music again. I want to use ASIO4All though since I experience the least amount of delay with my keyboard. Is there anything that can be done?
