Device limit reached when using Spotify offline on my new phone.

Device limit reached when using Spotify offline on my new phone.

Bought a new phone and now Spotify is saying device limit reached when I try download music for offline use. I deleted all content of my old iPhone and still didn’t help. When I go in account via the web page or Spotify app no other devices show up to delete/forget.

Hey @Al2887,

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

We can confirm that if you don't go online at least once in 30 days on a specific device, your downloads will be removed automatically. In this case, you can just wait for the 30 days to pass or if you prefer, you can reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can further assist you with this.

If you need a hand with anything else, the Community is here for you.

Thank you for the reply. An advisor helped me sort the issue. They remotely removed devices from my account as nothing was showing up on my app to delete.
