Device on my account I cannot remove

My Question or Issue

I noticed on my account there is a "PS4" labeled as a device I can listen on but I never registered a PS4 with my Spotify account. How can I remove it? Also, I've tried the sign out of all devices option. It literally states on it that it won't log out of things such as PS4s.

We also have a Support site article regarding this which suggests to get in touch with Sony to have the PlayStation disconnected (you can give it a shot even if you're not the PlayStation owner).
