Disconnecting Spotify Account with Globe Telecom number

Hi, I've been using Spotify Premium thru Globe Telecom. Recently, I got a new phone plan with a new number. I've been trying to activate my Premium account but Globe says my Spotify account is linked to my previous number. I've been patiently trying to deal with this matter with them for over a month now but we're just running in circles trying to solve the problem and giving me the same worthless instructions to disconnect my Spotify Account from my previous phone number. All I want is to use my old Spotify Account with the same username with my new phone number. That simple. No new accounts needed, just disconnect my old phone number with my Spotify account. That's all. I hope you can give light to these idiots on how to solve this simple problem. Thank you.
